Terms and Conditions

Our Terms and Conditions are like a contract between you and your customers. We want all our customers to be happy with our products and satisfied they are as advertised.  For any questions, or any reason we do not meet your expectations, please do email us.

Common terms:

• We can Withdraw and cancel services, and financial transactions if we feel they are not appropriate or we may not meet stock quantity expectations.
• We work to exceed customer expectations, and as such are human and will try to ensure there are no  information errors or website downtime or limit that as much as is possible from our end.
• No unsolicited use of our name, such as attribution, adaptation, commercial or non-commercial use, etc.
• Talk to us about any wrongly sent Items within 10 days of item being delivered, or 30 days if item does not last as expected.
• Our Rascals Thongs have a 30 day return for full refund if you are not entirely happy with them. Email us and we can tell you how to get them back to us if required.
